Influencer Policy

We welcome partnerships with influencers who wish to promote the Action Rifle Range experience. To ensure fairness and clarity, the following policy applies to all influencer collaborations.

1. Approval & Booking Process

• Influencers must contact the Action Rifle Range office via email and receive written approval before making any booking.
• Once approved, the influencer must book and pay for a session at standard rates.
• The influencer must notify the office once their booking is confirmed.
• The influencer must attend and complete their booked session.

Bookings made without prior written approval will not qualify for participation in this programme.

2. Issuing of Discount Code

• A unique 10% discount code will be issued within 7 days of the influencer completing their booked session.
• The code becomes active on the date it is issued.
• The code will remain live for 90 days from the date of issue.
• After 90 days, the code will automatically expire and be deactivated.
• The code may only be promoted via the influencer’s own official social media or digital platforms.
• The code must not be shared on public coupon or discount aggregation websites.
• The code may not be used by the influencer themselves.
• Action Rifle Range reserves the right to deactivate any code in cases of misuse or breach of this policy.

3. Performance Requirement

To qualify for a refund, the influencer’s code must generate 10 attended bookings within the 90-day code validity period.

A qualifying booking is defined as a booking that:

• Used the influencer’s unique code, and
• Was attended within the 90-day validity period.

Cancelled, refunded, rescheduled outside the 90-day period, or no-show bookings do not count.

Bookings attended on or before the final day of the 90-day validity period will count towards the total.

4. Refund Terms

Once 10 qualifying attended bookings have been achieved:

• The influencer will receive a monetary refund.
• The refund will be processed within 7 days of the 10th qualifying booking being attended.
• Refund applies to one person only.
• If the influencer attended as part of a group booking, only one package will qualify.
• If mixed packages were booked, the refund will be based on the lowest-value package within that booking.
• Add-ons, upgrades, additional ammunition, merchandise or optional extras are excluded unless agreed in writing beforehand.

No additional compensation, credit or alternative payment will be provided.

5. General

Action Rifle Range reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this policy at any time.
