CANCELLATION/FORCE MAJEURE AND LIMITATION
Payments will not be refunded to any person who fails to attend or withdraws from the range. Alterations to your booking can be made up to 7 days in advance, subject to availability.
Where the event is prevented, frustrated or delayed due to force majeure (including but not limited to riot, strikes, natural catastrophe, severely adverse weather, power failure, fire or breakdown of plant or machinery) or any other cause beyond its control, Action Rifle Range’s liability shall be limited to refunding or (at Action Rifle Range’s option ) re-scheduling the event at a future date convenient to all parties.
LATE ARRIVALS AND NO SHOWS
Sessions cannot be refunded or re booked for persons who fail to attend.
Where persons are late to arrive for their scheduled time slot, the session will be shortened to suit the remaining time allocated for that session. Subject to adequate time remain and at the range officer’s discretion.
