• Cancellations within 7 days of the booking are non-refundable.

• Bookings may be amended up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

• Late arrivals will have their session time shortened accordingly.

• Customers who arrive more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their session.

• No-shows and forfeited bookings are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
